I just wanted to let you know what a GREAT experience my son had purchasing his FIRST vehicle (truck) with you. My son (CJ legassic 19 yrs old) had the pleasure of dealing with Gordon Norrie. Since this was a very exciting time for my son Gordon made sure that CJ knew all about the vehicle, showed him everything inside the vehicle etc... My husband went down there with my son and my husband was very impressed with Gordon and said that the next vehicle he gets will be a Ford truck. My husband liked the way Gordon handled the sale with my son and was also impressed with the way that Gordon took CJ to the service department to introduce him. My son felt very comfortable dealing with Gordon and that makes a huge difference especially for his first vehicle. I just want to thank you again for having someone like Gordon working for you and making my sons first vehicle purchase a GREAT experience.

Rarely have I come across such professionalism in major consumer purchases as I experienced a West Coast Ford Lincoln due to the knowledge and service of two team members. Not only did the sales rep deliver with excellence all of what you asked about in your survey, he orchestrated an extensive a safety-based road test' he beamed with pride to be selling Ford products; and his technical and competitive knowledge, was thorough.  In addition, the West Can leasing manager was equally superb. Not only did he provide a superior leasing experience (education, options) He was an ambassador for the quality and safety features of Ford, spoke of his own personal satisfaction with the same model vehicle, and extended exemplary customer service. What really threw me for a loop was his knowledge of Ford's current product line; one doesn't expect this from a leasing manager!


I wanted to let you know that we are really appreciated of the great service you offer at FORD. We have found the staff to be awesome right from the purchasing of a vehicle to getting it serviced. They really helped us out of a bind in the service department last week which floored us that someone would go the extra mile for us.

So I want to say a big thank you to everyone. West Coast Ford has been the best dealership all around that we have dealt with and we have dealt with a few over the last 12 years. Please let everyone know that they are doing a great job.

After the success of the inaugural Ford Dealers' Hockey Equipment Drive last year, I knew we had our work cut out for us in order to keep that momentum going.

Thanks to a great deal of hard work and commitment from Ford and Ford Lincoln dealers and community partners across Western Canada, I'm happy to report that our second annual program was another resounding success! In March and April, we collected over 830 pairs of skates, 370 pairs of gloves, 430 helmets and countless pads, sticks, pucks, bags and other miscellaneous pieces of clothing and equipment for less fortunate kids in the name of the Wayne Gretzky Foundation.

Without your partnership and tireless work to promote the program within your community, this incredible undertaking would not have been possible. Through your efforts, underprivileged kids in the communities throughout Western Canada will receive the gift of hockey next season and the

opportunity to participate in Canada's great national sport.

The mission of the Wayne Gretzky Foundation is to ensure that every child who wants to play hockey is given the opportunity to do so. And with your help, I know that our mission will be accomplished.
