Ford Credit Support for the British Columbia Flooding
Customers living in British Columbia have been impacted by extensive flooding and Ford Credit is here to help.
To assist affected customers, Ford Credit will be providing:
Payment extensions of up to 60 days + Waiver of extension fees
Ford Credit will be mailing Disaster Assistance Program letters to customers in impacted areas, advising them of the extension offer.
In addition, customers who have not received a letter, but believe they qualify for a payment extension, can contact Ford Credit toll-free at their Customer Service Centre to make inquiries.
